Our work types demand ability and expertise in the areas of tight scheduling, complex work sequences, in-water work, dewatering, cofferdams, structures, and heavy equipment operations.  We self perform to the maximum extent possible the majority of our construction work.

Project delivery methods with which NMC has expertise range from firm price competitive bid to Construction Manager/General Contractor to Design-Assistant to Design-Build and most configurations in between.  Our desire is to apply our unique skills to a select project in the way that most benefits the end user, regardless of how we get there.

The Natt McDougall Company has never failed to complete a project on time in its history.  We are a schedule driven company and feel it's one of the qualities we can offer an Owner who wants to know the work will be done on time.  In addition, NMC has never had an unresolved dispute at the completion of any project it has constructed.  We value our people, the relationships with the Owners for whom we perform work, and the Engineering firms who design their projects.

The Natt McDougall Company (NMC) is an Oregon based General Contractor specializing in constructing heavy civil engineering projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Since the Company was re-founded in 1988, our crews have successfully tackled a wide variety of high risk projects which include dams, pump stations, fish facilities, large diameter pipelines, caissons, hydro plants, treatment facilities, and major demolition undertakings.
